Events at school

We know there are going to be many very exciting moments at school, over the years, but for starters, the lil one's teacher called us the other day for a one on one meeting. Though the first reaction was,"Could something be wrong?", it was immediately clouded by my optimism about Ananya's ability to impress and maybe, it was just a casual meeting. So, the appointed date and time, we were waiting at the school's office, and her teacher,Priya ma'm came over and led us to our seats.We asked her,"Howz it going ma'm?" And the answer was soooooo reassuring and just confirmed our belief. "She's such a bundle of energy and keeps us on our toes all the time", she said."Ananya tries to play my role in my absence and voluntarily takes charge of maintaining discipline in the class", she continued, and also mentioned all the things she is good at and how she didn't like to follow activity specific rules .......The meeting went well and we, the pround parents, came out, feeling elated.
Yesterday, was Ananya's 'P Party'.They were asked to wear any costume starting with the letter 'P'........and guess what, the lil one was a Painter, with stained clothes, a bandanna and paintbrush.She was looking a damn cute and cool painter.
