The speed at which Ananya is taking to new things, is having me running and chasing her around the house, all day.I am so scared to do any of my daily chores, coz she follows me everywhere and bumps her head against something !She has started cruising and walking,holding onto furniture or whatever she gets..Am considering getting her a safety helmet :-)Can't bear the sight of bumps and goose eggs on her head and face.My heart skips so many beats every time she has a fall .Yeah, I know,I knoqw all part of growing up and falls and bumps are inevitable....Ah, the joys of parenthood.
I speak my heart out to her, telling her how concerned I am about her falls, and she seems to understand.She sympathises, in her newly learnt sentences,"Arrrrdth kshh Prdddl jussssh huuushth dtha dtha dtha" but then, something very important catches her attention, and she has to crawl away and attend to it.Till she pauses and listens to me...... akdth akdth akdth, to myself.
