We're 5 months today!!

I was recording these milestones 3 years ago and now, going over them again is giving me the same excitement, the same thrill , just maybe a lil more confidence due to prior experience.
So, we re 5 months today, having mastered rolling, laughing and a lot of vocal pitch testing over the past month. I haven't given the lil one too much freedom on the floor yet but, she tries with all her might, to roll, crawl, and do whatever possible, whenever and wherever she gets a lil space. She tries to match our rhythm when she squeals and is extremely excited when her Didu and mama join her. The two kiddos are extremely excited about each other.
We've also tried our first solid food today.......yay!! I gave Advaya a bite of a ripe banana today......but at a time when she was not in the best of her spirits...rather sleepy.I gave her a bit of mashed banana, jus to see if she was ready....she took it rather matter-of-factly, with neither too much excitement, nor any dislike. May be the philosophical detachment to worldly things......:-)
