A long time since I've updated.The past coupla of months have been very very busy.After Murali returned from his training session in Mysore, I, alongwith the little one, went to my native place for a long break. Ananya had an extremely good time with her grandparents and Mamu and neighbours, and loved every bit of the attention and activity.Then, we perfomed her AKSHARABHYASAM ceremony in Basara(190 kms from Hyderabad), one of the only two Goddess Saraswati temples in the country. The whole trip was a pretty hectic one.
The lil one's role playing abilities are dramatically enhancing and having us all wide eyed.She shifts between characters with ease and elan. She decides whether she's 'too little', 'too big' or 'just right' to do a certain thing, depending on her willingness to do it.You ask her to drink a lil more water and she'd go,"No, thanks mummy.I've already had too much.".
I ask her random questions from the various movies, cartoons and other stuff she watches, and pat come her answers, with great comprehension and a wonderful memory to match.
Thank God for this great gift that I can never tire of talking about.Just wish that His blessings and the many good wishes of all those who care for her, fill her life with all good things she deserves.
